Bookings and Payments<\/h2>\n

All bookings should be made through the official Purac Soul website or our authorized booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout, and your session will only be confirmed once payment is successfully processed.<\/p>\n

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your session details. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if any changes are needed.<\/p>\n

Cancellations and Rescheduling<\/h2>\n

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations or changes made within twenty-four hours of the session time are not eligible for refunds.<\/p>\n

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be issued. In the unlikely event that Purac Soul must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the option to choose a new time or receive a full refund.<\/p>\n

All completed sessions are non-refundable, as each reading involves dedicated time and personalized preparation. Refunds are only issued if a session is cancelled by Purac Soul and no alternative date or time can be arranged.<\/p>\n
