At DoubleBaked, every cake is freshly made with care. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been prepared, delivered, or picked up. However, if your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so we can review and assist accordingly.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We may offer a partial refund or replacement if:

The wrong product was delivered.

The cake or item was damaged during delivery.

There was an error in customization (design, size, or message) caused by us.
To process a request, please provide:

A photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving it.

Your order receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that taste preference, slight colour variation, or minor design differences are not eligible for refunds, as all our cakes are handcrafted.
Non-returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety, we cannot accept returns for:

Cakes, pastries, and other perishable goods.

Gift cards or digital vouchers.
Sale & Seasonal Items
Sale, promotional, and limited-edition items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
