You can pick up your cake between 10 AM and 6 PM daily. Once your cake is ready, we’ll send you a message so you know it’s good to go! 🎂

Yes, you contact us via WhatsApp for your preferred time slot before a day. While exact timing depends on the delivery schedule, we’ll do everything we can to match your request and make sure your cake arrives when you need it.

Since every cake is freshly made to order, we can only offer refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Once we start baking, your cake is already on its sweet journey!

You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we’ll check your order status and do our best to help if possible.
